An innovation combining GE’s electronic work instructions software with the Google Glass wearable computing device was awarded the Scanautomatic Prize for Innovation at Scanautomatic 2014, Nordic region’s largest manufacturing trade exposition, held in Gothenburg, Sweden in October. Novotek, an integrator of IT and automation systems serving the Nordics and Benelux countries, as well as the largest European distributor of GE Intelligent Platforms products, received the award.
