Both free-space and guided-wave versions are available. Each device has a 360-degree rotation, which allows for side or top mounting as standard, making it simpler to fit into an existing space. For greater ease, all instruments feature a user-friendly external display, offering easy, intuitive configuration for a new operator. There is also an option for full digital remote electronics up to a distance of 100 meters. Other features include measuring range up to 40 m (130 ft) for the guided-wave unit and up to 30 m (98.4 ft) for the free-space unit; ability to measure down to 1.1 DK; continuous self-diagnostics, status and diagnostic messages in accordance with NE 107; and process pressure range from -1 to 40 bar. The units are suitable for a wide range of applications, including blending; distillation tanks; process tanks and separators; solid silos and storage tanks for most liquids; pastes; foam; and corrosive media.
