ABB and Fronius Collaborate on Robotic Welding Systems

ABB机器人技术and Fronius International are developing modular robotic welding packages designed to ease initial installation or upgrading of robotic welding systems.

The second new product is an EthernetIP integrated communications interface for programming and operating Fronius power sources on the ABB FlexPendant human machine interface (HMI). Using this single point of programming allows weld data to be controlled by the FlexPendant through the HMI. All ABB FlexArc cells and welding packages can be equipped with the ABB-Fronius EthernetIP interface option.
