With its compact size, the absolute encoder comes with optical multiturn technology (without gears) that offers complete resistance to magnetic fields. The encoders feature a hollow shaft diameter up to 10 mm, an IP67 rating and a temperature range of -30 to 85 deg C.

Suited for medical technology or drive-engineering applications, the series leverages OptoASIC technology to reach a high resolution up to 16 bits for singleturn applications and 32 bit resolution for multiturn.
