This new 22.0" widescreen version provides a larger display size than the previous M-Series models, boasting an 18.65" x 11.65" viewing area with 1680 x 1050 resolution. The M2200W has all the same features and options of the other industrial monitors in the series. The M-Series now offers 12.1" through 22.0" versions.
"The M-Series monitors are high-performance, best-in-class industrial monitors, and one of our most popular product lines. With a 22.0" widescreen version, we can now offer a full line of industrial monitors to address spaced-constrained applications to larger display size needs," states Ralph Damato, VP - Product Management of Nematron. "The very successful M-Series monitors have proven to be extremely reliable and are ideal for most industrial applications. Each M-Series model has been very successful and we are very proud of the addition of the M2200W due to the increasing demand for displays with widescreen resolutions," continues Damato.
All versions in the M-Series line utilize bright, clear TFT LCDs and are powered by 100-240 AC integrated power supplies with optional 24 Volt DC. They all have NEMA 4/4x/12 powder coated aluminum front panels with optional Stainless Steel front panels (on M2200W by special request). All units are European CE marked and are RoHS compliant. The M2200W has UL/cUL approvals and is approved for Class I Division 2 installations when mounted in a NEMA enclosure like the other members of this series.
The M-series monitors include 12.1" (M1200) SVGA, 15" (M1500) XGA, 17" (M1700) SXGA, 19" (M1900) SXGA, and the new 22.0" (M2200W) WSXGA+ LCD monitors. They all provide Analog Video (VGA) or Digital Video (DVI) connections and allow either connection via USB or RS-232 for the optional 5-wire analog resistive touchscreen.
