The instruments wirelessly transmit measurements to a base radio station connected to a control system or data acquisition devices such as a recorder or PC.

Normal transmission distance is up to 2,000 feet, with longer distances available using optional high-gain antennas. Each base radio accepts signals from up to 50 transmitters.
