The moving platen stroke is electric and is performed by two recirculating ball screws driven by a synchronous motor. The electric clamping phase, combined with the fully electric clamping unit, allow precise and efficient control of the injection-compression task. The secondary small hydraulic circuit can be used for both ejector and core movements.
The customized control panel was designed, branded and manufactured especially for Negri Bossi by B&R, with a graphical and functional layout tailored to the specific requirements of these machine applications.
