The line includes 7.5-W, 10-W, 15-W, 30-W, 60-W, 90-W, 120-W and 240-W versions. All models have a very compact form factor, with overall dimensions reduced by up to 25% from previous generations: Widths range from 22.5 mm (0.89 inches) to 60 mm (2.36 inches). Combined with DIN-rail mounting, the reduced form factors free up control panel space and reduce installation costs. Operating temperature ranges (depending on model) are from -25 to +65 ºC to -25 to +75 ºC, allowing the units to be used in control panels without the need for air conditioning or other cooling devices. In addition, operating efficiencies have been improved by up to 16% from previous generations. They can also be mounted in any of six different orientations with minimal derating, increasing installation configuration options. The supplies’ spring-up screw terminals accept ring and fork terminals, as well as stripped wire. The units are approved for installation in Class I Division 2 environments in standard control cabinets, making them suitable for use in hazardous location applications such as oil and gas processing and petrochemical facilities. Certifications and approvals include UL 508, UL 1310, SEMI F47 and RoHS.
