Hormel Foods Opens New Production Facility

The Papillion Foods facility will make salami and dry sausage products under the Columbus Craft Meats brand, as well as the Hormel brand.

Hormel Foods has opened of a new 535,000-sq-ft, state-of-the-art food processing facility located in Papillion, Neb. The Papillion Foods production facility will make salami and dry sausage products, and is expected to employ approximately 350 team members during the first year of operation.
