PHD, Inc., a leading manufacturer of industrial automation solutions, introduces the new Series BST2 Transfer Arm. Specifically designed to fit most Sidel® Series2 machines, the BST2 Transfer Arm provides significantly longer service life and increased precision over OEM arms, while reducing maintenance and downtime in stretch blow mold applications.

BST2 Transfer Arm Benefits:
• Vertical height adjustment eliminates shim packs to increase accuracy and improve quality
• Linear rail and carriage bearing increased in size and upgraded to a roller bearing style assembly for greater rigidity and longer life
• One-piece welded base for improved strength
• Bumper stop for both extend and retract motions
• Oversize radial ball bearings replace standard OEM bushings in transfer arm head
• Replaceable hardened jaw stop in transfer arm head
• Replaceable spring posts in transfer arm head
• Designed to operate over 20 million cycles
